Founder & Chief Instructor

Phil Norman

Phil Norman has committed a lifetime of study to martial arts and combatives and is still very active in research and training today.

Phil has won World and British titles and competed in a plethora of styles including MMA, Sport Ju Jitsu and Kick Boxing, Judo and Boxing.

He teaches martial art and combative training seminars worldwide and has developed an instructor and online program.
